2 adults 1 kid, 1 dog, looking for helper

Hi, we are looking for a helper to primarily take care of a 6 years old child, childmind, take her to activities, cook, clean, general house cleaning, must be efficient in English communication and an independent, initiative, proactive helper. Most preferable If helper knows how to swim. 

Helper will have their own room, open fridge to share, extra red pockets for birthday, for their kids’ birthday, for Chinese New Year, for Christmas. Day off: flexible, either Saturday or Sunday most preferably.
