Hiring helper to take care of a toddler

I am a full time working mother (Chinese) looking for a finished contract domestic helper who loves kids, is safety conscious, patience, is experienced in taking care of toddlers and kids, loves kids, and is able to work independently.

My boy is 2 years old and now going to a nursery in the morning. The main duty is looking after him well and keep the home clean to avoid the baby getting sick. Knowledge in simple Chinese cooking is preferred.
