Family with twins seeking Helper

We are a young expat couple. I am Indian and work full time in Finance. My wife is Japanese and a homemaker. We have twin baby girls. They are 1 year old now. We currently do not have any helper. So, we need someone who can start quickly.

Main criteria for the helper:

• Available to start in few weeks. FINISHED CONTRACT OR FINANCIAL/RELOCATION RELATED TERMINATION ONLY.


• English speaking


• Can take instructions and follow precisely. Quick learner.


• Can communicate her feelings and problems so that they can be addressed.


• Cheerful personality.

Good to have:

• Baby care experience will be a bonus


• Good referral letter from past employers


• 5-6 years’ experience as helper


• Good cooking skills

Ideally she would be in late 30s, married and has experience with her own kids. We are kind and generous. We believe helper has to be happy so that she can keep the family happy. We believe in good communication from both employer and helper side to make each other comfortable. A good helper will gell into the family, like a family member.
