Western Chinese family looking for an experienced helper

We are an American Chinese family looking for an experienced hardworking and reliable helper to primarily take care of a toddler and general household chores. Must speak good English, be organized and has good personal hygiene. Prefer someone who can take the initiative and plan well, as well as follow instructions from us. We expect references from past employers. We live in Yuen Long.
