Japanese family looking for another helper

We are a family with a stay home mom and a Filippino helper looking for a second helper. 1 kid- 4 years old and twins to be born in January. 6:30am start then 9:30pm ish finish. Alternate Saturday/Sunday off with another helper or Saturday off every week, but prefers someone who can be flexible i.e.) we may ask to switch weekend off with weekday off once a month at most - but this is irregular, not every month. Your main job will be ironing, cooking, infant care and all the other errands to do with another helper. The salary will be minimum plus the food allowance, but if you perform well, you may get a bit more. The house size is 1400sqf. And you will be sleeping in the baby room alone for the first 6 months then with the babies thereafter for the next 6 months. We plan to settle the babies for the night sleeping routine by then, so they shouldn't bother your sleep in theory. We may go to Japan once a year about 2-3 weeks, so if we ask you to accompany us, then you will be away from HK for those weeks. We are looking for someone younger than 43 years old.
If you are not good at taking care of the babies/kids, cooking/ironing, handling the time management, being patient, having detailed instructions, not hard-working or don't want to work with a co-worker, maybe it's not a job for you.
