Family with a newborn looking for helper

We are a working American couple with a newborn on the way, living in Wan Chai.  Your responsibilities will be:

• Caring for the home of a family of two working adults with a newborn baby


• Housekeeping (cleaning and caring for a 700 sq ft apartment, including but not limited to laundry, ironing, washing dishes, sweeping, dusting, etc.)


• cooking and preparing food for the family


• shopping for groceries at the market

We need:

• Prior experience in caring for a newborn baby


• Experience in HK and recommendation from employer (verbal preferred, recommendation letter at a minimum)


• Fluent in English and able to teach and tutor the baby


• ability to cook and follow recipes


• ability to go to the market and purchase groceries


• caring and sensitive to the needs of the mother and baby


• happy, friendly and enthusiastic about spending time with the baby


• respectful of privacy


• able to work as a team the first month with a confinement lady to care for the mother and baby
