HK local Family looking for a good helper

Hi, My name is Lindsay, we are a couple with a 5 years old daughter, we need a good helper to help us for housekeeping, take care of my daughter when i am not around. I want a helper who can speak english well and has good communication skill. In addition has great cooking skill would be much more better, but the most important thing is that she is nice and smart person who able to follow instructions and hardworking.
