A small Hong Kong family is looking for helper

Overview:

Urgently looking for an honest and reliable live-in full time helper to work for a small family, with one Chinese elder lady (aged 70+) and one working adult (me). Must be finished contract as I am looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.

Duties:

• Looking after elderly.  She is sick for a while and hence she is weak. Responsible for taking care her daily life and accompanying her for medical check-up and exercise


• Cooking, should know basic Chinese and Western cooking and willing to learn more


• General household, cleaning, laundry, ironing, grocery shopping, etc

Requirement:

• Hardworking, kind-hearted, energetic and willing to learn new things


• High level of hygiene


• Only Finished Contract/Terminated due to relocation or employer pass-away reasons


• Must have experience working with elderly


• Takes initiative in duties and has a strong sense of responsibility, tidy and organised


• Patience and a cheerful personality


• Good command of written and spoken English


• Able to understand and speak some Cantonese is highly preferred


• It will also be an advantage if you know very good Chinese and Western cooking and basic baking

We offer:

• Standard monthly salary with food provide


• Year end bonus (subject to performance)


• A small but separate private room


• A day-off per week (we can discuss which day you would like to be off)
