Family looking for Helper

I am a family of 5 (3 sons from the age of 1.5 to 5). The 3 children are attending school in the morning. They will come home for lunch, take afternoon nap, play for 1 hour and have dinner around 6. My husband and I are working, hence we would like a helper to help take care of the children during the day.
