Hong Kong family looking for child loving helper

We are a family that consist of two adults, one 3 years old boy, a 3 months old baby and three tiny dogs (poodles). We live in Sham Tseng.
The mother is currently a stay at home mom to take care of the new born therefore your main duty is to help look after the 3 years old and regular household chores and some cooking. Hoping to find someone that can also work independently as mom used to go out working and would consider work again if helper can take care both kids later.  Also hoping to build a long term relationship as part of the family.
