Required helper, also require care for elderly

I am looking for a domestic helper. I should get married soon and will have kids once my lover move back to HK, have to look after my mother mostly, she has to have attention, blessed that my father is healthy! Looking for a helper family member to support me on this journey to build a family and looking after my mother! We are living in Sha Tin Please let me know what you look for in a job to have job satisfaction and can also become a family member?!
