Looking for a lovely nanny to take care of our little kids

We will arrive in hong kong in september and we are looking for a nanny for our kids.  We need someone with experiences with western family and should organize the house and takes initiatives and be responsible. We work a lot and we want someone who will be courageous and flexible. Experience minimum of 3 years is mandatory, fluent in english, finished contract with a good reference letter, we prefer an helper with a certificate in Philippines (nurse or teacher). We project to stay in Hong Kong for minimum 5 years and we will be very happy to find someone who could stay with us. We will live in Sai Kung.
