Western family looking for a lovely helper

We are a French family with 2 children (6 and 8 years old) with a small rabbit. We live in Saikung in a nice place in town with a big maid room. As me and my husband are working, I need a nice person, trustworthy and independent with housekeeping, I like a clean and tidy house. I look for a hard working person, responsible with her work, able to manage herself keeping the house clean. My house is big, 2100sq with 3 floor. I want an employee with experience with western people as we don't have same habits as Asian people for house keeping and for how to manage children. For the cooking, I can learn step by step but my goal is she cook. Someone lovely with kid, watchful, who is willing to play with them and also learn them good manners (say Hello, thank you) and good habits as tidy up their room. She should pick them up from school bus and bring them to activities and play date. Also, I want she help my elder son with his English homework.
She must be cheerful and take pride in her work and have reference.
