Looking for a helper

We are a busy, fun and energetic household with 3 children and 2 dogs. We are looking for a kind, honest and reliable person to join our household as housekeeper. Main duties are to help manage the house, cleaning, laundry, gardening, cooking, car washing and bathing and feeding dogs. We treat our helpers respectfully and fairly. We usually provide one paid trip home every year and small performance based bonus. We have a high standard of cleanliness and live in a village house with large courtyard so require a very efficient self starter who can manage her time and work well (she will be remunerated accordingly to reflect the extra work) or a pair of helpers who work well together as a team.
