Western family (2 adults + 1 child) looking for helper

Looking for a mature helper who can work independently and is a caring person who loves children and animals. We live in a beautiful part of Sai Kung and offer a great deal of freedom and independence to the ideal candidate. We are looking for someone who will work with us to develop a relationship with our family. We are professionals with 1 child and older pets who mostly sleep all day. Our helper has the opportunity to spend her days in a beautiful, peaceful location with our loving pets. We do not like to micro-manage our helper, so hope to find someone with the experience and confidence to take initiative.
