Western Family with a 2-year toddler looking for a helper

We are a mixed family of Chinese and French. Having 1 toddler of 2 years old at home, and 2 cats.  We live in Pok Fu Lam. We're working parents so we normally count on our helper to manage the house by keep tracking what groceries she needs to buy once a week, and also to spend a lot of time with our daughter in the park and other places in day time. We hope our helper can enjoy our home very much by being proactive to make decisions. We don't expect a helper to serve us, but someone who's a part of the family and has authority on how to raise a kid. Not much housework at home (washing clothes once a week, vacuum once a week, changing bedsheets once a week, that's pretty much it) and no need to cook for adults.
