Small Family Seeking Independent Helper

We are a family of three living in the Mid-Levels.  Our son is 15 years old and already at boarding school in the USA.  So there is usually only 1-2 people at home (sometimes none when we are travelling).  Our primary needs are to keep the home well organised and clean also laundry and ironing.  Some shopping and a little cooking (mostly when our son is home for holidays).  Running general errands.

We have a very nice helper room and bathroom.  And our apartment is located close to Central (so it's very convenient).

Looking for someone who is well organised and can work independently.
