Looking for Awesome Helper

We are a family of three living in the Mid Levels.  Our son is 16 years old and already at boarding school in the USA.  So there is usually only 1-2 people at home (sometimes none when we are travelling).  Our primary needs are to keep the home well organised and clean also laundry and ironing.  Some shopping and a little cooking (mostly when our son is home for holidays).  Running general errands.

We have a very nice helper's room and bathroom.

We prefer someone who can work independently.
