Chinese Western family looking for helper

We are a couple expecting a baby in the fall and are looking for a second helper for the household. This helper must have good experience with babies and infants. We have a strong focus on cooking in the household and this person should be able to cook well also open minded to learn new cooking skills. The candidate must have 4+ years experience in Hong Kong with a preference for a more experienced and mature person with some leadership abilities.
