Couple expecting first baby and looking for full time helper

We are a couple expecting our first baby early December 2018. We are looking for a full time helper who is organised, clean, has good attention to detail and experience with newborns. Full references are a must and ideally we are looking for someone with a finished contract We would like someone who can help with:

1. Household duties: cleaning and maintenance of the apartment, we would like someone who is hygienic and thorough with cleaning

2. Newborn care: help with taking care with a newborn baby, we would like someone who has experience with newborns and enjoys taking care of babies

3. Groceries: assist with shopping for groceries and household items

4. Cooking: we would like someone who can make vegetarian food and experience with Indian cooking is a great plus. We are happy to teach new recipes if required.
