Looking for helper to take care of 3 month old baby girl

We are a family of three, living in mid levels, central. We are looking for a helper mainly to take care of our baby (turning 3 months at the end of June 2018). Both my husband and I work so we need a helper that is confident, able to work autonomously and competent to take care of newborn of 3 months.

I would say my husband and I are genuine, caring and easy going; we would treat our helper courteously and would want to make her feel respected and her to feel as comfortable as possible. Since we are in need of help quickly, we are for now only considering applicants located in Hong Kong. Applicant should have experience of taking care of newborn in Hong Kong as well.
