Helper fluent in English needed

We are a young professional couple expecting our baby early 2021. We are currently looking for a helper with experience of 2 years minimum. The candidate must have good English communication skills, caring to newborn, patient, honest, with a positive personality and able to work with minimal supervision.
The priority of the helper will be to look after our newborn while we are working during the day but also assist with cooking and housekeeping (cleaning of the apartment and laundry).
We are willing to provide some time for training to develop required skills.
We will also provide a comprehensive insurance coverage to the selected candidate.
