Expat family looking for an experienced helper for baby

We are an American Chinese family of 4 (Father, Mother, 2 daughters of 2.5 years old and 8 months old) and 1 Filipino helper. We are looking for a 2nd helper who is experienced and good with kids and babies. (Finished Contract/Employer Relocation/Financial Problem helpers only) to start as soon as possible. (Sorry no overseas or terminated helper)

Job Description:
- Take care of the currently 8 months baby (feed the milk and food, put her into sleep, take her to play dates and school independently). Both parents need to work so we need you to be able to take good care of the baby
- Share general household duties with the other helper: washing laundry, cleaning, cooking (The two of you will have very separate responsibilities)
- Alternate Saturday and Sunday off with the other helper
- Able to follow instruction to cook simple baby/toddler food

In terms of our criteria:
- Finish contract
- Experience with baby is a must
- Age between 28-38 years old
- Willing to share duties with another helper
- Willing to share room with the baby
- We are looking forward to a long-term relationship, we would treat each other as part of the family
- Incentive will be given every month and year end based on performance
- Good attitude
- Cooking is not a must but we are willing to pay extra if you can cook well! (Asian or Western)
