Looking for honest, hard working, independent helper

We are a family that consist of two adults, one 2 year old and a new born due in June/July.
The mother will be a stay at home mom to take care of the new born therefore your main duty is to help look after the 2 year old and regular household chores and some cooking. Hoping to find someone that can also work independently and long term to grow as part of the family.
