Chinese expat looking for helper

My husband and I are working parents with one 11 month old boy (Dustin).  We are looking for a helper to look after Dustin and also help me with cooking and housekeeping.  I work from home but need Dustin to be looked after while I work.

We speak English, Mandarin and Dutch in the house.  We live in a rental apartment in Kennedy Town, it's new apartment and has a helper room next to the kitchen (with a guest bathroom).

We are an easygoing family and hope to find someone who could spend a few years with us.
