Western family with twin toddlers looking for second helper

Western family with 2 yr. old twin toddlers and two dogs looking for an energetic, positive, and hard working helper to join our family and work with a second helper. We need a kind, caring, and hardworking helper who takes initiative and is a good communicator. This person must love kids (we have twins who are almost 2 1/2 years old) and dogs (we have two rescue dogs). They also must love to cook. Since the duties are shared with another helper, teamwork and respect are important.
