Small family looking for efficent cheerful helper

We are a small westernized family of 2, single mother with a 16 years old son. We live in Happy Valley, and looking for a finish contract, educated, logical and efficient helper with good memory, follow instructions well and have common sense. Need to assist with cooking and marketing, daily organizing and cleaning, wash and iron with detail and speed. This person will also need to travel with employer whenever needed.
