European family with a daughter looking for a helper in Dubai

We are an european family and we are looking for a nice nanny full time. We have a 10 months old's daughter sick (cerebral palsy). It's possible to be housed (our daughter's room). We live in a flat in downtown with SPA , it's possible to use the whole year. One day off by week, one month of paid holiday by year, with a ticket plane by year. When we travel, we need to coming with the nanny for our daughter for take care of her.
