European family with children hiring a domestic helper

Our family with children wants to hire energetic and positive domestic helper. We strongly prefer person with finished contract and need to have references, no drama in past. Job is mostly overall housekeeping, cooking, baking and helping with two school age children. We like to do things together and involve children to housekeeping as well. We expect helper to be trustworthy, independence and willing to learn in a job. We live in Discovery Bay.
