Chinese family looking for someone to keep the house

We are a Chinese family based in Discovery Bay. House size is around 1076 meter inch (100 meter sq), with a garden and a dog. Regular residents in the house are around 2-3 people, with occasional gatherings of about 7 people.



We would like to invite interested candidates for an interview at our house this coming weekend 30th or 31st March. We'd like to have a reference letter from your most recent employer. Please confirm your availability for interview by Friday 29th March 3pm.



Main Duties



- Daily cleaning, laundry, cooking clean up for three meals



- Taking care of a teenager (age 12) and a middle size dog (age 2)



- Maintain the house, the garden and the yard



- Food is provided



- Private room is provided



Qualities Characters we are looking for



- Honest



- Trustworthy with no record of borrowing illegally and in debt



- Professional in housework



- Willing to work long term with us



- No alcohol is allowed



- Need to be back at 7pm for day-off (this is so that family won't be disturbed sinc they sleep early)



- Willing to come over for a trial prior to making decision to hire



- Able to apply for visa in Hong Kong
