Canadian family looking for a helper

Hello,

We are a Canadian family looking to hire a helper with excellent child care skills and experience. We have 2 young children (4 years and 1 year) and we are looking for a helper who is more like a nanny to care for them while we are at work.  We hope to find someone to work with our family who is confident in her skills but who is also flexible and can adapt to our parenting style. We are living in Discovery Bay.
