British / American family looking for a helper

We are a loving family looking for a helper who would want to work for us long term.  We are a very happy home and looking for a cheerful individual to join us.  The candidate must be happy to work with co-workers in looking after the kids / baby, cooking and managing the home.  My husband and I both work full time.  We would like the helper to be well organised, likes to cook and good at cleaning.
