Busy Western family looking for independent, organised and cheerful helper

We are a busy, happy family of 2 working parents and 2 boys (14 4) plus 2 dogs. We live in a large house in Clearwater Bay. We are looking for someone to replace our current helper who has to return home due to family reasons. The main duties would be to get our youngest ready for school (half day), organise playdates/homework for our youngest,  look after the house, walk the dogs, shopping and cook the evening meal. We are a fairly relaxed family who enjoy a busy schedule so need someone who is reliable and proactive to manage the house. The helper's room has its own private bathroom and aircon. Will only consider helpers who can provide references or contact for their current employer
