British family looking for Domestic Helper

My family is a four person household with me, my wife and two boys, one is 2 years old and the other is 3.5 years old.  Our main requirement is for our helper to manage the household in terms of cooking, cleaning and groceries.  Ideally, if you have a driving licence, then we would ask you to occasionally drive my family around when I am not around.  We are relaxed and ask that you communicate with us for any issues you are unclear of.  By not communicating with us, we think you will make your own life difficult ie not understanding recipes/ ingredients or not understanding instructions.  We treat our helpers as one of our own and hope you will enjoy working with us.
