Elderly in need of Caregiver in Singapore

Hi, I'm looking for a caregiver to look after my 95-year-old father starting 1st September. Currently, he is able to walk around the flat without assistance. He uses walking stick when going downstairs but needs to be in a wheelchair for long distances. He showers himself but requires assistance when he is not well. Occasionally he wears diapers as he has difficulty controlling. Will need more attention and care as he ages and weakens.

Scope of Work (not exhaustive)

• general cleaning of the HDB flat


• doing laundry for him and yourself


• marketing and cooking for him yourself


• keeping an eye on him when he eats (sometimes he eats too quickly), walks around the house, showers, etc.


• give him medicine.


• accompany him to Dementia Day Care Centre.


• bring him for short walks downstairs


• run simple errands etc

I’m looking for an experienced caregiver (in Singapore) who is mature (above 40), independent, honest, patient and kind. Able to speak English and simple Mandarin/dialect. Must be comfortable sharing room with him (2 single beds). Webcams are installed to avoid misunderstanding.

$650/month.
1st month – 1 Sunday off
2nd month – 2 Sundays off
3rd month – 1 Sunday off
4th month – 2 Sundays off and so on

Use of mobile with wifi access is permitted but please do so responsibly.
