Western family with kids

We are looking for a person who loves babies and children to take care of our 1 year old and our newborn baby expected in January. Previous experience with babies and toddler is mandatory. Kind, caring, responsible, serious, and with good English level. Ability to multitask and being efficient with household duties is key. Need to take care of cleaning, groceries and cooking as well. A part time helper will come 2/3 times per week to help wt cleaning and ironing.
