looking for help with twin boys and housework

We have twin 4 year old boys. We need someone who loves kids, knows how to cook, and is competent on cleaning. On weekdays, the boys are in Kindergarten from 9 to 5. On weekend, we often go out to explore the countryside or try out restaurants. We are western educated and respect the rights of individuals and their privacy, and we treat our domestic helper as one of the family member.
