Family of 3 with one 1 year old looking for domestic helper

We are a Hong Kong family of three (with a one year old). Husband and I work full time so we need someone to take care of our little one and do some basic housework. Our current helper has been with us for 20 years but is about to retire.

Husband and I went study/grew up overseas so we would say we don't have a very traditional Chinese mindset. Always open to discussions ?

We're looking for someone who has experience in taking care of infants, toddlers and young children.
