Family of 4 looking for a Helper

We are a family of 4 from the UK with 2 boys, the youngest is 5 years old and the oldest is 9 years old. Our current helper of 4 contracts - 8 years is sadly leaving HK to go back home to spend time with her daughter. She will be leaving Hong Kong on 11 December (after my youngest son's birthday). We are looking for someone to be part of our family. Our household is happy and at times hectic as the boys have busy schedules. We are looking for someone who is energetic and loves kids and is willing to engage and play with them. Help them with homework and reading. Both parents work full time and demanding jobs therefore is looking for someone who can work independently but is a good communicator and letting us know when they have questions. Looking for only finished contracts and with references and ideally able to speak with the current employer. If you are interested please send me your details of your employment and references.
