Is it free to create my Helper Profile?
HelperPlace DOESN’T charge any fees to Domestic Employees.
We are happy to offer our services to all candidates looking for a job. Our online platform will support you to choose your employers based on your expectations (location, skills, start date…). Why it’s free? We promise transparent hiring and ethical practices.
How can I contact Employers?
To easily contact employers, you just need to create your profile on HelperPlace Website or through HelperPlace APP. Please carefully fill in your profile (add a picture, your skills, your experiences…) and you will increase your chances to get a new job.
How can I Post a Job?
To post a job offer, you just need first to register Please carefully fill in your job ads, give information to job seekers and then quickly get the best domestic helper for your family. HelperPlace is offering powerful features with our transparent one-time fee plan (featured job offer, 7, 30 or 60 days, shortlist candidates, recommended profiles, contact unlimited profiles...). If you want to easily hire a candidate, please subscribe to our premium plan when you post your first job offer.
How can I contact a Domestic Helper?
To contact or connect with candidates, you need to post a job offer. This job offer will give you the best visibility to find a domestic helper. As soon as your job offer will be activated, you will have the possibility to fully access to our candidates

How can I update my account?
Log In to your HelperPlace’s account and check “My Profile”. You will have the possibility to easily update your Job Offer or your Helper Profile. If you have any issues, don’t hesitate to contact our support team.
I have a technical problem or support issue I need resolved, who do I email?
The best way to get in touch with us is to send an email to our support team. Please carefully describe your problem and we will reply back with a solution! You can also use our internal messaging system (you need to log in to your account).
Forgot password / Trouble signing in
Need help with your password? Go to your login page on HelperPlace, then click on Lost your Password and Enter the email you use for HelperPlace, and we’ll help you create a new password. Just a few minutes later you will receive an email to activate your new password.
How can I cancel my account?
We are sad but we hope to see you later. To cancel your account, you need to Log In and go to your profile. Then, you just have to remove your job offer or your Helper profile.
