JiPay - Helper's expenses

JiPay is a free app for families to manage their helper’s expenses. Employers use the app to top up funds via FAST, PayNow or GrabPay, as well as to view their helper’s daily spend, while helpers use the linked Mastercard to do groceries for their employer. If your helper shops at the wet market, she can use PayNow to transfer money from the app directly to the merchant’s mobile number, UEN or NRIC.

JiPay saves employers time having to run to the ATM and go through receipts, and gives helpers independence in running daily errands. What is more, the JiPay card is accepted in all major stores and on the MRT, so you won’t need a separate EZ-Link card.

Both you and your helper will receive a notification when a purchase is made, and you can view spending reports for past weeks and months in the app. JiPay’s customers report that the app helps them save time, increase transparency and build trust between them and their helper.
